2026 Registration

Submit an enrollment applications from Feb. 22-28 for any number of weeks you are interested in enrolling your child.  Submitting the enrollment application does not mean your child is enrolled. We will then review each application received during this window and you will receive an email notification by March 7, notifying you if your child is accepted or placed on the waiting list. Any enrollment application received after Feb. 28 will be reviewed after we reviewed all application received by Feb. 28.
If your child is accepted, you will have 1 week from the notification date to submit the minimum deposit to reserve the spot for your child or the spot will be given to the next child on the list.

Each application will be looked at equally based on the priorities listed below. We do not have a first come, first serve process. 

Priority will be given to Enrollment Applications received by Feb. 28:
1 - Those enrolling in 5 or 6 weeks. 

1. Students enrolled in our Sunset Neighborhood After-school Program at Sunset Church (SNAP)

2. Active Sunset Church Members (will be verified)

3. Sunset Neighborhood

4. All others

2 - Then those enrolling in 4 or less weeks

1. Same as above

Registration Dates:

Feb. 22 - Enrollment Application open

Mar. 1-7 - Receive email notification if your child is accepted or placed on waiting list for applications received by Feb. 28 (For 6th to 8th grade, you will be notified at a later date as we are still finalizing the staff for these groups)

May 31, 2026 – Last day to register or when full, whichever comes first.

3rd grade - Full

4th grade - weeks 4, 5, and 6 are Full

5th grade - Full

6th, 7th, 8th Grades - Full
