2024 Cost & Payment Plan
Cost is calculated by which grade your child will be in August 2024, and how many weeks your child will be enrolled in. There is a non-refundable deposit paired with each week’s enrollment fee to secure your child’s spot at camp. We offer early and extended care for an extra fee each week. We also offer scholarships for families with financial hardship.
Limited Scholarships are available. Must apply by May 5, 2024.
Space is limited.
Feb. 23 at 11:00am - Pre-registration opens for 6th and 7th grades only. (Space will be very limited.)
Feb. 23 to March 1 - Priority Registration for students enrolled in Sunset Neighborhood After-school Program at Sunset Church.
March 3 at 1:00pm - Registration opens to those registering in 5 or 6 weeks only. (For 1st to 5th grade only.)
March 9 at 1:00pm - Registration opens to those registering in 1 or more weeks. (For 1st to 5th grade only.)
May 5, 2024 - Last day to apply for scholarship.
May 31, 2024 – Last day to register or when full, whichever comes first.
June 10, 2024 - Remaining Balance due.
Children entering 1st – 5th Grade Enrollment Fee
3 – 6 weeks: $175 per week for 3 to 6 weeks enrollment ($100 + $75 non-refundable deposit per week)
1 – 2 weeks: $225 per week for 1 to 2 weeks enrollment ($150 + $75 non- refundable deposit per week)
*Deposits are non-transferable and will not be carried over to other weeks.
ctx - Children entering 6th and 7th Grade Enrollment Fee
6 weeks session: $1230 ($780 + $450 non-refundable deposit)
All 6 weeks required. Weekly enrollment is not available.
Early and AFter care is offered at an additional cost per week
Early care hours - 8:00am to 9:00am ($30 per week per child)
After care hours - 4:30pm to 6:00pm ($30 per week per child)
Both early and after care ($50 per week per child)
